Elon Musk made his most recent declaration a day after his team emailed hundreds of thousands of federal employees, giving them around 48 hours to report on five specific accomplishments from the previous week.

Musk threatened to fire any worker who did not reply by the deadline, which was specified in the email as Monday at 11:59 p.m. EST.
