Hema Malini, an actor and lawmaker, participated in Prayagraj's historic Maha kumbh earlier this week. On the auspicious day of Mauni Amavasya, she dipped herself in the sacred Triveni Sangam. A video of her and other followers has already gone viral on social media, capturing a humorous moment. Along with his family, Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid a visit to the Maha Kumbh on Monday. Along with other seers, he also met Avdheshanand Giriji Maharaj.
According to the administration, 1.55 crore pilgrims took a holy bath during the Maha Kumbh on Monday, out of a total of 14.76 crore pilgrims who have done so thus far.
