Today's Wall Street: As investors anticipate Trump's trade policies, US markets soar.

Tuesday saw a better opening for US market indices as investors awaited President Donald Trump's trade policies and turned their attention to his executive orders on immigration and energy.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 40.8 points, or 0.09%, to 43,528.65 at the opening bell. The Nasdaq Composite increased 104.2 points, or 0.53%, to 19,734.391, while the S&P 500 increased 17.5 points, or 0.29%, to 6,014.12.
