The Mehta Boys trailer: Boman Irani's directing debut will be available on Prime Video on February 7 following a successful run at film festivals.
The trailer for The Mehta Boys: Boman Irani, who has been an actor for 23 years, is now a filmmaker. He directed the slice-of-life relationship drama The Mehta Boys, which follows a painful but transforming journey between a stressed father and son as they are forced to spend 48 hours together. Avinash Tiwary essays his son while simultaneously portraying the role of the parent. What does the trailer show?
For the first time, Avinash's character brings his old father to his house for a brief visit, according to the trailer.Because his son likes the view from the apartment, Boman's character isn't particularly pleased by the small annoyances of the arrangement, such as the fact that it's on the top floor of the building and requires climbing stairs for one story.
After a furious quarrel, their erratic relationship shifts from fighting over who gets to sleep on the bed and who gets to sleep on the sofa to the father using the speed brake to prevent his son from operating the vehicle on a rainy day. "He's your father, you're the child," the girlfriend says matter-of-factly in response to an irate son's question, "Is he a man or a child?" At the airport, Boman's character reluctantly shakes hands with his kid as the teaser concludes.
