PM Modi claims that the Budget 2025 session is the first in the previous ten years where there is no spark and no mischief.

PM Modi claims that the Budget 2025 session is the first in the previous ten years where there is no spark and no mischief.

"You must have noticed, since 2014, this is the first Parliament session, which saw no 'videshi chingari' [foreign interference] in our affairs," Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated during the Budget 2025 session.

In his first Budget statement on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a subtle jab at the opposition by claiming that this Parliament session was the first in ten years (since 2014) in which "no foreign elements tried to" start or ignite a "spark" before to the start of the session.

Speaking before of the 2025 Budget Session of Parliament, Prime Minister Modi claimed that this is the first time since 2014 that foreigners have not tried to incite unrest in India prior to the opening of a session.

"As you may have noticed, this is the first Parliament session since 2014 that saw no 'videshi chingari' [foreign interference] in our affairs, in which no foreign forces attempted to ignite a fire," PM Modi stated with a smile.

"I had noticed this before every budget session that people were ready to carry out some mischief, and here, many have left no stone unturned to fan these sparks...," PM Modi stated.

PM Modi grinned and continued, "As you may have noted, this is the first Parliament session since 2014 that has seen no 'videshi chingari' [foreign meddling] in our affairs, where no external forces attempted to start a fire. This was something I had observed prior to each budget meeting.

The Budget Session, which starts on January 31 and ends on February 13, was preceded by PM Modi's speech. On Saturday, February 1, the BJP-led government will present its first complete budget for its third term.

According to PM Modi, he prayed for the poor and middle class to be blessed by the goddess Lakshmi, who is linked to riches. He claimed that innovation, inclusivity, and investment have influenced his government's economic policy and that it has been operating in mission mode for overall development during its third term.

According to the prime minister, significant decisions will be made during the session to empower women and guarantee that they receive equal rights and that discrimination based on religion or sect is eliminated.

During the session, he also conveyed his confidence that all members of parliament, particularly the younger ones, will contribute to the 'Viksit Bharat' agenda.

Our country is young, and by the time they become fifty, the people who would benefit from Viksit Bharat the most will be those who are twenty to twenty-five years old," Prime Minister Modi stated. They'll be leading the policy-making process. A great gift for our younger generation will come from the efforts to realize our vision of Viksit Bharat.
