Fateh's third day of box office receipts: In India, Sonu Sood's film hasn't been doing well. Just over ₹2 crore was made by the movie on Sunday, which is the same amount it made on Saturday, according to Sacnilk.com.
Fateh's box office performance

Day one of the movie brought in ₹2.4 crore, and day two brought in ₹2.1 crore. As per preliminary estimates, Fateh made ₹2.10 crore nett on the third day. Thus far, the movie has brought in ₹6.60 crore. On Sunday, the overall Hindi occupancy rate for Fateh was 19.05%.

"I always used to think that whenever a Bollywood movie is made - we often say that why our movies do not have action scenes like foreign movies." "Why the foreign people do not talk about our action scenes? It was always there in my mind, but as an actor you do not have much say due to your limitations, including the production budget and script. When I became the director, I brought that into my movie," Sonu said in an interview with news agency ANI on Sunday. Sonu has been an action star for the majority of his acting career before directing Fateh.

The action sequences in the movie took Sonu a long time to write, and he remembered one that took two and a half months to finish.
