Adani Power's share price surges as the board announces the date for its 2025 Q3 results.

In order to ratify the Q3 financial statements for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024, Adani Power stated that its board will meet on January 29, 2025. To talk about financial performance, there will also be a post-results conference call.

Date of Adani Power's Q3 results: On Thursday, January 22, Adani Power notified stock exchanges that its board will convene the next week to review and approve the December 2024 quarter's financial statements.

The unaudited financial statements for the quarter and the nine months ending December 31, 2024, will be discussed at Adani Power's board meeting on Wednesday, January 29.

".. we would like to inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 (the “Results”)," Adani Power stated in a filing today.

On the same day, Adani Power announced that it would host a "Post Results Conference Call" with investors to talk about the company's financial performance.
