Actress Swastika Mukherjee of Paatal Lok stated that a Swiggy delivery executive had stolen two tickets for the India vs. England game. She claimed that even though Swiggy had the thief's information, it had done nothing.

Actress Swastika Mukherjee, who starred in Paatal Lok, described how a Swiggy delivery worker stole tickets to a cricket match. She said that two tickets for the India vs. England cricket match, which was set to happen at Eden Gardens on Wednesday, had been stolen.

Swastika Mukherjee wrote on Instagram just hours before the cricket match, "A @swiggyindia genie executive stole two tickets for today's India vs. England match at Eden Gardens yesterday." She thought about the sad event and wrote, "THIS HAS HAPPENED," tagging the aggregator.

The actress added that the two tickets needed to be delivered from New Town action area 2 to New Town action area 1 in order to alert others about the theft. The tweet continues, "Even though the company has the thief's details, it has been 13 hours and he has not been apprehended."

The order for the ticket delivery was placed at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, according to Swastika Mukherjee. Everything was proceeding according to plan while purchasing tickets from the platform until the delivery partner halfway to the ultimate destination barred the user. Additionally, the delivery agent stopped answering calls from any of the two and disabled her other phone number.

At 5:37 a.m., the delivery partner noted that the order had been delivered. Swastika Mukherjee, who was disheartened and frustrated by the theft, clarified that the tickets were intended for a cricket enthusiast who had never seen a live match. "He has traveled all the way from Kanpur to witness a match at Eden Gardens," she continued, expressing irritation at the police and company's lack of action.
