The second set of Apple Intelligence features for iPhones, iPads, and Macs has been released by Apple with the release of iOS 18.2, iPadOS 18.2, and macOS Sequoia 15.2. These updates include several noteworthy features, including enhanced Writing Tools, Image Playground, and support for OpenAI's ChatGPT in both Siri and Writing Tools. With the recent platform updates for the iPhones, iPads, and Macs, Apple has included the following features:

Intelligence from Apple: Availability

The following devices have Apple Intelligence features:
iPhones: iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro
iPads: iPads equipped with A17 or M1 chips, or later
Macs: M1 chip and later models
iOS 18.2, iPadOS 18.2, and macOS Sequoia 15.2 are required for these functionality.

Apple Intelligence: Support for languages

In addition to English (US), Apple now supports localized English in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Sometime next year, English (India) will be accessible.

What is novel about Apple Intelligence?

Siri


Siri may now: Suggest utilizing ChatGPT for particular questions thanks to ChatGPT integration.
