Short-term stocks to purchase: Analysts recommend six stocks for short-term gains, with predicted returns ranging from 7% to 18%, despite the Indian stock market's volatility. Bullish trends and technical indicators are important elements that could improve stock performance.

Short-term stocks to purchase: It appears that the flagship Indian stock market, the Nifty 50, would close 2024 with respectable gains of roughly 9%. The Indian stock market has had a difficult three months as a result of Donald Trump's trade policies, a significant outflow of foreign capital, poor quarterly profits, and mounting uncertainty regarding the US Fed's interest rate path.

In the near future, experts predict significant market turbulence. They see chances in individual stocks, but they also caution that the major indices may continue to be erratic.

For the next three to four weeks, Master Capital Services' Vishnu Kant Upadhyay and Choice Broking's Hardik Matalia advise purchasing the six equities listed below. They emphasize that these stocks appear appealing on technical charts and have the potential to yield short-term returns of 7–18%. Look at this:

Master Capital Services, State Bank of India (SBI), AVP of Research and Advisory Vishnu Kant Upadhyay | Previous close: ₹788.30 | Target price: ₹860 | Stop loss: ₹768 | Potential upside: 9%

The previous positive trend favors an upward breakout, and SBI trades in a symmetrical pattern on the weekly chart.

Supported by the 50-week EMA, a crucial milestone that has continuously drawn significant buying activity, prices are currently close to the lower range.

The MACD indicator is still positive, supporting bullish optimism, while the RSI is at 47, indicating plenty of space for an upward advance.

"This technical setup highlights the potential for a northward journey, with the 50-week EMA acting as a solid base for the stock’s next leg higher," Upadhyay stated.
