At a board meeting on December 12, 2024, the decision was reached to raise money by private placement of one or more series or tranches of taxable, non-cumulative, non-convertible, secured or unsecured corporate bonds.HAL: The Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) have inked a deal for the purchase of 12 Su-30MKI aircraft, marking a major step towards enhancing India's defense capabilities. The deal, which is worth about ₹13,500 crore,includes taxes and fees and includes related equipment. Thanks to parts produced by the Indian defense sector, the aircraft will include 62.6% indigenous content.
Tata Motors:

The tire maker has obtained a long-term loan of €30 million from Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft (DEG) to facilitate the sustainable growth of its Madhya Pradesh, India, production capabilities. Additionally, this loan will make it easier to run the expansion facility's boiler using biomass rather than coal.
Greenply Enterprises:
Greenply Industries Ltd., a plywood manufacturer, declared that its medium-density fiberboard (MDF) facility in Gujarat would be temporarily shut down. Following a machinery failure at the facility, which is run by Greenply Speciality Panels Private Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, the shutdown will take effect on December 11, 2024.

Torrent Power Ltd.'s project business, Solapur Transmission Ltd., has given the company a contract to build a new 400/220 KV Solapur substation in Maharashtra.
