"Mom (Sridevi) felt that if you got your hair back, you'd look better than her," Boney Kapoor adds, revealing that he asked Akshaye Khanna to get a hair transplant.

On December 19, Boney Kapoor was in his element when he went to an event to promote the well-known hair transplant clinic Eugenix Hair Sciences. After having a hair transplant, Boney wanted to tell the public about his positive experience and how it altered his life. Anees Bazmee of the films Welcome (2007), No Entry (2005), and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 (2024) was the event's unexpected visitor. Three days prior to this occasion, he had a hair transplant because he was so inspired by Boney's metamorphosis. Consequently, a bandana was placed over his head.

"I even told Akshaye Khanna, 'Aake mujhe milo,'" Boney Kapoor recalled. I gave Anees Bazmee encouragement. People worry that getting a hair transplant may cause them a great deal of discomfort. Kuch nahin hota aisa.

As he said, "No Entry 2's shoot is about to go on floors," Boney elicited laughter. "Anees khoobsurat rahega toh aur zyada khoobsurat picture banegi," I said to the doctor.

“Sridevi used to tell me, ‘First, lose weight, and then try any such thing,’” he added. However, she opposed the notion. "Meri wife mujhe kyun mana kar rahi thi?" was the question I posed to my daughter just today. At this point, my daughter told me the secret. "Mother was insecure," she added. She believed that you would look better than her if you got your hair back! Dabaye rakha tha yeh raaz ab tak. Aaj meri mujhe bataya beti ne!

"Sridevi had seen me since the 1980s when I started Mr India (1987)," he added. She had witnessed both my hair loss experience and me with my full hair. She wanted me to be hers alone, and she had accepted me. "I said," she said.

"You should ask them," he said when asked how his daughters, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and Anshula Kapoor, respond to his metamorphosis. You will undoubtedly have the opportunity to speak with them. They are all quite content. They leave comments like "Wow, dad," "looking sharp," "looking good," and so on whenever I post a photo to Instagram. You must have watched their Instagram reactions, I'm sure.

What about Arjun Kapoor, his son? "Arjun is also very happy with my transformation," Boney Kapoor stated. He doesn't show as much emotion as my daughters do. Everybody communicates in a different way. He joked, "Usko lagta hai ki agar woh meri zyada taareef karega, toh kahin main uska role na le lu," to lighten the mood.
