Today, the Yantra Shipyard in Kaliningrad will commission the INS Tushil, which was built in Russia. Rajnath Singh will attend the ceremony with Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff.

The 21st meeting of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Military and Military Technical Cooperation (IRIGC-M&MTC) will be co-chaired by the defense minister and his Russian counterpart, Andrei Belousov, in Moscow on Tuesday.
Rajnath Singh and Belousov will examine the full spectrum of the two nations' diverse defense-related ties, including industrial and military-to-military collaboration, according to a statement released by the Defense Ministry.
"They will also exchange views on contemporary regional and global issues of mutual interest," it stated.
The delivery of the final two units of the Russian S-400 Triumf air defense system, which is considered to be among the most sophisticated in the world, will be a major topic of debate in addition to assessing ongoing defense programs.
With the signing of a $5.43 billion agreement between Russia and India in 2018, the purchase of five S-400 air defense system units was completed.
Additionally, Rajnath Singh will meet with the Indian community and pay respects to Soviet soldiers at the 'Tomb of the Unknown Soldier' in Moscow on Tuesday.

The visit by Rajnath Singh follows Prime Minister Narendra Modi's October trip to Russia.
PM Modi participated in the two-day Brics Summit in Kazan, where he had bilateral discussions with Chinese President Xi Jinping, as well as the 22nd India-Russia Summit during the visit.
