As billionaires and leading corporations contribute their share to the Trump administration, the United States President-elect Donald Trump's first committee fund is set to surpass its previous record of $107 million in 2017, according to a report published on Thursday, December 26 by news outlet The Guardian.

The CEOs of Amazon (Jeff Bezos), Meta (Mark Zuckerberg), and OpenAI (Sam Altman) were among the top billionaires. According to the news source, each of them promised a million dollars.

The news story claims that prominent executives, including Uber's CEO Dara Khosrowshahi,Toyota, General Motors, and Ford are among the automakers who have contributed $1 million to the first fund.
