Day 15 Box Office Collection for Pushpa 2: Allu Arjun's Powerhouse Overtakes Animal and Jawan Revenue in Week Two

 At the domestic box office, Pushpa 2 is only a few crores away from reaching Rs 1000 crore.

New Delhi: Fifteen days after its premiere, Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 continues to maintain sway at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the highly anticipated 2021 movie's sequel made Rs 972.95 crore in India in just two weeks.

The film, which starred Rashmika Mandanna and Allu Arjun, made Rs 725.8 crore in its first week and Rs 990.7 crore in its second. With its noteworthy contribution, the Hindi version of the movie brought the total to Rs 621.6 crore. In just 14 days, the movie earned over Rs 1508 crore worldwide.

After surpassing the second-week collections of Stree 2, Baahubali 2 (Hindi), Gadar 2, Animal, and Jawan, Pushpa 2, which is on a mission to shatter and create records, achieved yet another milestone and became the highest-grossing movie of the second week.

Despite receiving mixed reviews from reviewers, Pushpa 2 debuted to great box office results.

Film critic Saibal Chatterjee noted in his NDTV review, "The climax repeats the self-same rampage. Pushpa assumes the persona of Kali once more. Pushpa Part 2 alludes to a Part 3 once the hurly-burly has subsided and a wedding has begun to signify the conclusion of hostilities. Pushpa: The Rampage will be the title of the trilogy's last installment. As like there wasn't already enough."
