Actor Allu Arjun expressed his sincere gratitude to the Andhra Pradesh government for raising the price of tickets for Pushpa 2: The Rule.

The most expensive Telugu movie tickets

Pushpa 2 has sold the most tickets of any Telugu movie ever, according to an India Today article. On Wednesday, December 4 at 9:30 p.m., the paid preview performances will be place in a few theaters. Both single screens and multiplexes have set ticket pricing for the debut shows at 944 (GST included).

The government of Andhra Pradesh has approved six Pushpa 2 screenings, which would cost ₹324.50 for single screens and ₹413 for multiplexes. The state administration also authorized the holding of five concerts from December 6–17 for the following 12 days at the same prices.

The Telangana administration was criticized for raising the cost of Pushpa 2 tickets in the state. For paid previews, the ticket prices are ₹1,200; for multiplexes, they are ₹531, and for single screens, they are ₹354. Today, December 3, the day before Pushpa 2's debut, the Telangana High Court will hear a case against the price increase.

Sukumar is the film's director, and Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media are its producers. Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil will return to their respective parts as Pushpa Raj, Srivalli, and Bhanwar Singh Shekawat.

The film's star, Allu Arjun, won a National Film Award for his role in the opening segment. Sukumar's first segment of Pushpa demonstrated strength.
