1. Praful Vinodrao Gudadhe (Congress) vs. Devendra Fadnavis (BJP) in Nagpur South West: Fadnavis was elected as Nagpur's youngest mayor in 1997, and since 1999, he has won five consecutive terms in assembly elections. They now like to see him lead the BJP or serve as the chief minister. The Congressman Praful Gudadhe will face the BJP leader. The anti-incumbency campaign is what Gudadhe or Gudadhe-Patil is expecting will help him win.
2. Kedar Dighe (Sena UBT) vs. Eknath Shinde (Shinde Sena) in Kopri-Pachpakhadi: Shinde is certain of keeping his stronghold of Kopri-Pachpakhadi in Thane when he takes on Kedar, the nephew of mentor the late Anand Dighe. In 2004, Shinde was elected as Thane's first MLA. He won three terms in a row in 2009, 2014, and 2019 with the creation of the Kopri-Pachpakhadi assembly seat. Even though Shinde claims to be continuing Dighe's legacy, voters in the area might find resonance in the name of Kedar, the UBT's Thane district chief.
3. The Baramati match between Yugendra Pawar (NCP Sharad Pawar) and Ajit Pawar (NCP Ajit Pawar): Following the party's division into Ajit Pawar and Sharad Pawar factions, the Pawars fought each other in the Lok Sabha elections. Sharad Pawar's daughter, Supriya Sule, defeated Ajit Pawar's wife, Sunetra Pawar. With the backing of Pawar senior, Ajit Pawar, the deputy chief minister and devoted representative of Baramati, will now confront his nephew Yugendra, the son of his younger brother Shrinivas, also known as Bapu. Sule is supporting Yugendra to guarantee another victory for Pawar senior, even though Ajit Pawar is still certain of keeping the bastion.
4. In Worli, Aaditya Thackeray of the Sena UBT and Milind Deora of the Shinde Sena: When Aaditya Thackeray ran for office in Mumbai in 2019, he became the first member of his family to enter the political arena. Although he defeated NCP-backed Suresh Mane with ease back then, he now faces Milind Deora of the Shinde Sena. Deora is being referred to as a "sacrificial lamb," despite Thackeray's confidence in the projects that were started under his father Uddhav Thackeray's direction, such as the Worli-Sewri project and the BDD chawl renovation. A former union minister of state and Congress leader, Deora joined the Sena prior to this year's Lok Sabha elections and was later elected to the Rajya Sabha. Sandeep Deshpande of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena is also involved in the conflict.

5. The Ranes in Kankavali, Kudal vs. Sena UBT: Following a protracted battle with Uddhav Thackeray, former chief minister and opposition leader Narayan Rane left the Shiv Sena and joined the Congress in 2005. Vaibhav Naik of the Shiv Sena beat Rane in his Kudal constituency in 2014. Rane, who just joined the BJP, defeated Shiv Sena (UBT) two-term MP Vinayak Raut to win a seat in the Lok Sabha from Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg.The battle is currently being carried on by Rane's sons. Vaibhav Naik from UBT will face his older son Nilesh, a former MP who joined the Shinde Sena, in Kudal. Rane's younger son Nitesh is attempting to defeat Shiv Sena (UBT) member Sandesh Parkar in neighboring Kankavali in order to score a hat-trick.
6. Varun Sardesai (Sena UBT) vs. Zeeshan Siddique (NCP Ajit Pawar) in Bandra East: Varun Sardesai, Uddhav Thackeray's nephew, is running against Zeeshan Siddique in this Mumbai seat. Siddique is riding high on sympathy after his father, NCP Ajit Pawar leader Baba Siddique, was killed. Zeeshan has been fighting for his father's justice during his campaign in the Muslim-majority seat. Because it contains Matoshree, the seat, which is home to the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), is very significant to the Thackerays. Former Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Trupti Sawant has been put forward by the MNS, and Shinde Sena candidate Kunal Sarmalkar is running as an independent.
7. BJP versus. Deshmukhs in Latur: In their stronghold of Latur, the sons of the late former chief minister and Congress politician Vilasrao Deshmukh are battling to preserve his legacy. 8. Sada Sarvankar (Shinde Sena) vs. Mahesh Sawant (Sena UBT) vs. Amit Thackeray (MNS) in Mahim: There is a three-way battle going on in the seat that is home to the renowned Shivaji Park and the Shiv Sena Bhavan, which is now the Sena UBT headquarters. The match between Sarvakar of the Shinde Sena and Mahesh Sawant of the UBT was intriguing in and of itself, but it was made more intense by the participation of Amit, the son of MNS chief Raj Thackeray. Raj Thackeray's reputation is on the line, while rookie Amit Thackeray is running for office. Winning this seat would give any of the three parties a stronger hold on Bal Thackeray's legacy.
9. Manikrao Shinde (NCP Sharad Pawar) vs. Chhagan Bhujbal (NCP Ajit Pawar) in Yevla: This one is against an NCP conflict. Despite being a bastion, Bhujbal is fighting for his life against Manikrao Shinde. The battle against Bhujbal, his erstwhile protégé who allied with Ajit, is being led by Sharad Pawar. He would also face Maratha resentment in Yeola over OBC leader Bhujbal's resistance to quota. Shinde, Pawar's nominee, is a Maratha leader.

Mankhurd-Shivajinagar: Nawab Malik vs. Abu Azmi Even though the Shinde Sena nominated Shivaji Patil (Bullet Patil), Nawab Malik, who is the subject of a money laundering investigation in a case involving Dawood Ibrahim and his associates Chhota Shakeel and Tiger Memon, has filed his nomination here, embarrassing the Mahayuti. Malik served as a minister in the MVA government and is a three-term MLA. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) detained him in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). In July of this year, Malik was given medically justified bail.
12. 13. NCP Ajit Pawar's Dhananjay Munde and NCP Sharad Pawar's Rajesahab Deshmukh at Parli: Here, it's an NCP struggle. In 2019, Munde won the Parli election against Pankaja Munde, a BJP leader and his cousin. This time, he will face Rajesahab Deshmukh of the Sharad Pawar group. The reservation issue has polarized Marathwada's Parli. It has been interesting because of the fight between Deshmukh, a Maratha, and Munde, an OBC.
14. Suresh Yadavrao Bhoyar (Congress) vs. Chandrashekhar Bawankule (BJP) in Kamthi: Chandrashekhar Bawankule, president of the state BJP, is optimistic in Vidarbha, his hometown. The fact that Khodpe, a former Mahajan aide, has a robust network of employees will make Mahajan's task more difficult.

18. Bherulal Choudhary (Sena UBT) vs. Mangal Prabhat Lodha (BJP) on Malabar Hill: Bherulal Choudhary, a rookie, and six-time BJP MLA Mangal Prabhat Lodha are expected to square off in the prominent constituency. The Jain community and locals are supporting Lodha's wife, who is from the same Rajasthani hamlet as Choudhary—Bhinmal—against "brother-in-law" Choudhary. Choudhary is striving for redevelopment, whereas Lodha is depending on the development plank.
19. Chandrakant Danve (NCP Sharad Pawar) vs. Raosaheb Danve (BJP) in Bhokardan: Danve, a prominent BJP figure, feels optimistic, but when he confronts Chandrakant Danve of the NCP (SP) in Bhokardan, he might be affected by the Jarange-Maratha issue.
