The video shows 18-year-old Ramaswamy speaking to his peers, instructors, and other dignitaries at Ohio's St. Xavier High School. He asks on the video, "How should I feel right now?" He then considers his experience in the facility and his emotions throughout that period.

These two amazing Americans will work together to help my administration eliminate government bureaucracy, reduce unnecessary regulations, cut unnecessary spending, and reorganize federal agencies—all of which are crucial to the "Save America" movement," Donald Trump stated in the release.
He went on to say that he hopes "Elon and Vivek" would implement reforms that will improve "life for all Americans." The president-elect went on to say that the department might develop into "The Manhattan Project" of the contemporary day.
